An is the Advisor of Women in Tech Vietnam, President of ITD Group, and President of IMT Solutions. With a strong background in technology leadership and strategic business development, he has been deeply committed to empowering the next generation of tech professionals and promoting diversity in the industry.
Huong Ho
Huong is the Vice President of the C100 Science Entrepreneurs Community and former CEO of VinFast. Passionate about gender equity, Huong is committed to empowering women and reinforcing their vital role in the tech and innovation ecosystem, both in Vietnam and globally.
Khong Loan
Khổng Loan, Founder and Principal of Spokesperson Training Vietnam. With 22 years of media experience, including as Former Deputy Executive Managing Editor of Forbes Vietnam, she brings sharp insight into impactful leadership messaging and hosts TIME: Bloom Synergy and Thức Thời on innovation and resilience.
Long Vuong
Long is the Chief Operating Officer of AGEST Vietnam (AGV) with over 30 years of experience in the business world. In addition, he participates in management science research at the national and organizational levels, lectures, and speaks at universities and conferences on various specialized topics. He also has a broad and influential network within the IT community, professional associations, and academia in Vietnam.
Michele Wee
Michele Wee is the Founder & CEO of Who Says I Can’t, a platform dedicated to transformational leadership, diversity-equity-inclusion (DEI) advocacy and female empowerment. Previously, she served as CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam, where she leveraged her nearly 30 years of banking experience to champion sustainable commercial growth and inclusive workplace culture where everyone thrives.
Toan Ngo
Toan Ngo - CEO of VTQ Solutions and Vice President, VNITO Alliance - representing a network of 140+ tech companies. He is also a prolific speaker and trainer, having led numerous industry-focused training programs and authored more than 70 professional articles.
Stephane Masse
Stephane is a seasoned IT Leader with over 30 years of global experience, building IT teams to deliver strategic technical solutions to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Having managed IT departments across Europe, Australia, and Asia, being in Vietnam for 20 years, he built a deep cross-cultural and developed many strong Vietnamese women as strong tech leaders.

Ngoc is Community Director of WTE. Ngoc is currently the Outsourcing Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Vietnam. She is a resilient woman who drives change through entrepreneurship and community engagement, creating impactful solutions and inspiring others to innovate and grow.
Annie Nguyen
As a CEO of Uni8, Annie is a dynamic and adaptable leader who sees opportunities in every situation. Her strong networking skills and strategic vision enable her to develop meaningful solutions that foster connection, drive innovation, and inspire a thriving community spirit. Annie is also Partnerships Director of WTE.
Nga Nguyen
Nga is a driven and ambitious individual who pursues success with a positive mindset. As the Operations Manager of DAEU Nextier GDC Vietnam, she is passionate about efficiency and innovation, committed to lifelong learning, and embraces challenges with resilience and optimism. Nga is also Operations Director of WTE.

Minh Thư is the Event Coordinator at Women in Tech Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs. A final-year university student passionate about community projects and women’s empowerment, she helps plan and deliver events that bring people together, promote diversity in technology, and create meaningful learning experiences.

Ha Truong is the Partnership Manager at Women in Tech & Women Tech Entrepreneurs and currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager at Thundersoft Vietnam, driving innovative tech growth in Vietnam. Formerly Deputy CEO at Mstar Corp, she led strategic operations and business transformation. She’s passionate about empowering women to pursue continuous learning, growth, and fulfillment in the tech industry.

What is the mission of Vietnam Women Tech Entrepreneur?
As a non-profit dedicated to empowering Vietnamese women in technology and entrepreneurship, our mission is to empower and support women in the tech industry in Vietnam by providing resources, mentorship, and a platform for collaboration and growth.
